If you would ask me if I enjoy snow in April, I would most likely say “no”. If you asked me if I enjoy snow in April the day we had this wonderful shoot, I would say “yes!” The snow added a beautiful eeriness that only snow can add and it inspired the shoot. I love this winter themed session with Andrea and now I’m ready for the snow to melt. Ha!

Pretty excited to pack my snow boots away. =] Spring is finally here! Enjoy.

Easter || family

Last Sunday my family gathered at our cousins’ house for Easter lunch. The food was incredible and my Aunt had decorated the house so beautifully, just like she always does. It really felt like spring inside even though there was snow outside and it was cold. {COLD} My family loves to play basketball. Snow wouldn’t stop my siblings and cousins from shoveling snow off the court for over an hour, just so they could shoot some hoops. Only in our family. . . seriously. . .

Coco fell asleep on me just like this and I came to the conclusion that I need Coco to take naps on me every Sunday afternoon forever. We really like each other. zzzzzzz

My friend Sami came back home for spring break and we quickly set up a time to do a shoot together. But first we set up day to have lunch at The Original Pancake House and a time to go to a fabulous coffee shop together. Priorities, people. Priorities. ha!

Sami. You’re gorgeous and so dang cute. I’m so thankful to have you as a friend/pseudo sister.

Can’t wait to see you again! Come home soon. =]

Rend Collective Experiment || 3.13

I can’t think of a better way to start my new blog than a post about my friends from the UK and their amazing band, Rend Collective Experiment. I drove up to Saint Cloud to see them play a couple weeks ago and enjoyed taking pictures of them doing what they do best. The excitement they bring when they play is quite contagious and makes their concerts even more enjoyable.
